Through my travels I find myself connecting with people doing amazing things in the environmental field. From fellow filmmakers using their skills to teach about wildlife to zoo workers educating youth on the effects they can have, to writers that risk their jobs to spread the truth about what is actually going on. I am not one of those people, I have a long way to go before I am able to do what they are doing. Follow me on my journey to understanding and pushing conservation.
No instead I am just a person who loves to explore and understand nature at its whole. Through this passion, I went off to Unity College to study Adventure Therapy. It wouldn't be until later in my career I discovered my true love was working with conservationist and being behind a cmaera. I worked for the Campus Activity Board and the Marketing team at college to be able to fine tune my abilities as a filmmaker, writer, and photographer. My goal is to push science and conservation the means of that I know. Telling their stories and making them more interesting to the streamlined media of today.
I have to thank my dog, I know it is weird, but without her, there would be no PReutzel. She has helped me in times of need and gotten me through tough times. Tegan will be coming along on most, if not all the adventures with me, helping me document the story.
